Ideas to Impact was created from a simple but powerful belief: great ideas only matter when they lead to meaningful action. The conference was designed to bring together innovators, entrepreneurs, leaders, and changemakers who are committed to transforming bold thinking into real solutions that strengthen communities, revitalize cities, and drive economic growth.
“Ideas to Impact is important to the small business ecosystem as a whole. It is a convening that is intentional about providing companies and organizations with tangible tools and resources that can be further developed into impact. Don’t think of yourself as just another number in the room. See yourself as being at a potential launch point in your journey toward growth,” said Jaeden Henderson, Brand Consistency Manager at Polaris.

"I believe the next generation, particularly members of Generation Z, will play a pivotal role in shaping what Birmingham becomes in the future. Their ideas, innovation, and influence will be instrumental in defining the city’s growth, culture, and economic progress,” said Patrick Murphy, Director Barefield Jr. Entrepreneurship Program, University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Ideas to Impact Week positions itself as a space that encourages individuals to recognize and realize the brilliance and resilience within themselves. From there, we can uncover the deeper “why” behind the challenges we face and work together to develop solutions that lead to strong, sustainable, and successful enterprises.
As part of Ideas to Impact Week 2026, organizers are currently seeking vendors to participate in the event’s high-traffic marketplace experience. Vendor participation offers businesses valuable opportunities for direct sales, brand exposure, access to conference sessions, and a complimentary three-month business membership.
The conference is welcoming food vendors, fresh produce vendors, product-based businesses, handmade goods vendors, and creatives interested in showcasing their products and services to a diverse and engaged audience.
